Keeping every dancer safe in the room.

We’re finalising the published version of our safeguarding policy so every parent can read it in full before their child’s first class. In the meantime, the operating policy is already in place across every venue:

• Enhanced DBS checks on every teacher and assistant before they take a class.
• A named Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) on call for every session.
• Clear written reporting routes for concerns, accessible by parents, students and staff.
• Annual safeguarding training across the teaching team.
• Photo and social media consent recorded per family on enrolment.
